Multiple Telegram Accounts in One Inbox — 5 per Seat, Add More for €5/mo

Connect multiple Telegram accounts to a single inbox in Entergram CRM. Every plan includes 5 Telegram accounts per seat; add more in the same seat for €5/month each. Server-side API session means no QR re-scan after refresh.

Entergram

One table, every account, no session juggling

Every Telegram chat from every connected account appears as a row in a single searchable, filterable table. Open any chat in the right-side panel — read, reply, attach files, edit, forward — without switching accounts. Reload the page; everything stays connected because the Telegram session lives server-side.

  • 5 per seat included, scalable

Every plan (Basic, Pro, Business) includes 5 Telegram accounts per seat at no extra cost. Add more in the same seat with the Extra Telegram Accounts add-on (+€5/month each). Buy more seats to grow the team.

  • Filter the unified table by account

An account selector lets you narrow the table to one or more accounts. In a workspace it shows which teammate owns each account so you know who's responsible for a chat.

  • Server-side session, no re-scans

Every account uses a server-side API session — there's no in-browser Telegram client. Reload the page or sign in from a new device and the account stays connected; no need to redo QR or phone.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How many Telegram accounts can I connect?
5 per seat by default — on every plan. Need more in the same seat? Add the Extra Telegram Accounts add-on at €5/month per extra account. Need more seats? Buy more seats from the Workspace tab.
Do I need to log out of one account to use another?
No. The Messages page shows every connected account's chats in a single table. The account filter narrows the view when you want one account at a time. No tab reloading, no re-verification.
Will Telegram flag my accounts because they share a device?
Each Telegram account runs through its own proxy with a dedicated IP — Telegram sees each account on its own network fingerprint, not all from the same device. See the Proxied Accounts page for the full security model.
Can my teammate see my Telegram chats?
Only if they connect the same Telegram account in their own Entergram. By default each user only sees the accounts they themselves connected. Workspace-shared data is the CRM layer (custom columns, tags, comments, tickets), not the chat content.
What happens to my session if I close my browser?
Nothing — the Telegram connection lives server-side. Close the browser, come back later, every account is still connected. You only need to redo QR or phone if Telegram explicitly invalidates the session (e.g. you logged the same account in elsewhere).
