Telegram CRM

Telegram Workspaces — Team Seats, Roles & Internal Comments

Run Telegram as a team in Entergram CRM. Buy Basic or Pro seats, assign Member/Admin/Owner roles, leave internal comments per chat, share custom columns and tags. Each user only sees the Telegram accounts they themselves connected — message content stays private.

Workspace

Built around a clear privacy boundary

The most important thing to understand about workspaces: each user only sees chats from the Telegram accounts they themselves connected. Telegram message content is never shared between teammates unless two people connect the same Telegram account. What is shared workspace-wide is the CRM layer — custom columns, tags, internal comments, tickets, reminders, templates, audit logs.

  • Seat-based team model

One free Owner slot, plus Basic seats (€29/seat) or Pro seats (€39/seat). Pro seats include analytics and the public API for that member.

  • Three roles

Member / Admin / Owner. Owners buy seats and manage billing; admins manage members, custom fields, ticket SLA and API keys; members read and write field values.

  • Internal comments per chat

Threaded notes your Telegram contact never sees. Useful for handoffs ("customer's card failed 3DS, EU card") so the next teammate has context without re-asking.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can my teammates read my Telegram messages?
No. Each user only sees chats from the Telegram accounts they themselves connected. Telegram message content is never shared between teammates unless two of them connect the same Telegram account into their own Entergram accounts. The CRM layer (custom columns, tags, comments, tickets, templates, audit log) is what's shared workspace-wide.
How does the team see analytics?
Owners and admins always see every member's data in workspace mode. Members see every member's data only if 'Members can see all analytics' is on (off by default). When that setting is off, members are automatically locked to their own accounts.
What's the difference between a Basic seat and a Pro seat?
Basic seats include the core CRM (chat table, custom columns, tags, comments, reminders, data export, workspace). Pro seats add analytics, ticketing, the public API, MCP access and the Make.com integration.
Can I tighten what members can do?
Yes. Owners and admins toggle member permissions in Workspace Settings — turn off ticket deletion, lock members to their own accounts on Analytics, restrict data exports, share or hide broadcast templates.
How do I share a Telegram account with a teammate?
Both of you connect that same Telegram account in your own Entergram accounts. The Telegram session can be live in multiple Entergram users at once — that's how teams operate a shared support inbox or sales account.
