Out of the box, the chat table is a clean view over every Telegram chat. Add a few custom columns — Stage, Priority, ARR, Last contact, Opt-in — and the same table becomes a real CRM you can sort, filter, segment and report on. Apply tags, drop reminders on chats you need to follow up, and pull up colored multiselect chips at a glance.

Tags for fluid segments

Workspace-shared colored labels — apply from the Tags column or in bulk from the selection toolbar. Good for overlapping segments like VIP, trial-user, newsletter.

Reminders that land in your Telegram

Add a reminder to any chat — name, optional description, date, time, timezone. The Reminder Bot delivers it into your Telegram at the due time. Set up once per account from Settings → Accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Tags vs custom columns — which should I use?
Tags are good for fluid, overlapping segments (VIP, trial-user, newsletter). Custom columns are better for structured attributes you'll filter and report on (Stage, Priority, ARR, Last contact). Most teams use both.
Who can create custom columns in a workspace?
Owners and admins create, edit and delete columns. All members can read and write field values. In personal mode (no workspace) there are no role restrictions.
How does the slash-command template work?
Edit a template, give it a label that starts with a slash (e.g. /welcome, /pricing, /refund-policy), save. From then on, typing that command in any composer instantly inserts the full template — content, formatting, attachments.
How do reminders actually arrive?
Settings → Accounts → Reminder bot setup pairs a shared Entergram bot with each connected account. Once paired, any reminder you create lands in your Telegram at its due time. Per-account setup status is shown as ready / needs setup / in progress / failed.
Are there limits on rows, columns or labels?
No — rows (contacts/chats), custom columns, labels, text fields and reminders are unlimited on every plan.
