Entergram allows you to connect one or more personal Telegram accounts to our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram accounts and ensuring compliance with Telegram’s terms of service.
1.3 Permitted Use:
You may use Entergram for lawful purposes related to managing chats, leads, sales pipelines, and client support. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or violating Telegram’s policies.
1.4 User Responsibilities:
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Entergram account, including any data or content you input, such as custom columns, tags, or tickets. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Service.
2. Features and Functionality
2.1 Multiple Accounts:
Entergram allows you to connect and manage multiple Telegram accounts in a single dashboard for a seamless user experience.
2.2 Custom Columns and Ticketing:
You may create, sort, filter, hide, edit, or delete custom columns (e.g., text, multiple choice, checkboxes) and create tickets directly from chats to streamline support and sales processes.
2.3 Data Management:
Entergram enables you to download chat metadata (usernames, member counts, group invite links) and delete your data at any time via the settings page.
3. Privacy and Data
3.1 No Message Storage:
Entergram does not store or access your Telegram messages. Messages are processed locally in your browser using Telegram’s MTProto encryption technology and are not stored on our servers.
3.2 Chat Metadata:
The only data stored by Entergram is lightweight chat metadata, including usernames, member counts, and group invite links. You can download or delete this data at any time.
3.3 GDPR Compliance:
Entergram is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, download, and delete your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership:
Entergram and its associated software, design, and branding are the property of the Entergram team or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 User Content:
You retain ownership of any data or content you input into Entergram, such as custom columns or ticket descriptions. By using the Service, you grant Entergram a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of Entergram.
- Use the Service to violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Entergram’s systems or networks.
- Use Entergram to send unsolicited messages or engage in activities that violate Telegram’s terms.
6. Termination
6.1 By You:
You may stop using Entergram at any time and delete your data via the settings page.
6.2 By Entergram:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to Entergram or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entergram, its affiliates, and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
