Can multiple team members manage the same personal Telegram account safely?
Yes. Instead of sharing login credentials — which is risky and against Telegram's terms — each team member connects the same Telegram account from their own workspace. Telegram's MTProto protocol supports multiple concurrent sessions natively, so everyone can read, reply and act on the same chats in parallel without signing each other out. Sessions are encrypted server-side with AES-256-GCM, each runs through its own proxy with a dedicated IP, and 2FA stays with the account owner. Nobody ever sees the password or 2FA code.
Does Entergram use Telegram bots or personal accounts?
Entergram connects your personal Telegram account — the same account you use on Telegram Desktop or mobile. It is not a bot. You sign in with your phone number and 2FA, and Entergram works on top of your real chats, groups and contacts. This is why features like multi-account inbox, broadcasts to existing chats, analytics on your conversations, and group ownership mapping all work — things a bot can't access.
