iOS

Install on iPhone or iPad

Works on iOS 16.4 and above. Use Safari — Chrome and other iOS browsers cannot install PWAs due to Apple restrictions.

    Open Safari

    Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad and go to app.entergram.com. Log in if you haven't already.

    Tap the Share button

    Find the Share icon (square with an up-arrow) at the bottom of the screen — or the top-right on iPad.

    Select 'Add to Home Screen'

    Scroll through the Share menu and tap 'Add to Home Screen'. If you don't see it, tap 'Edit Actions' and enable it first.

    Confirm and launch

    Edit the name if you want, then tap 'Add' in the top-right. The Entergram icon now lives on your home screen — tap it to launch full-screen.

Tip: iOS PWAs receive push notifications only when installed via this exact flow. A regular Safari bookmark does not count.

Android

Install on Android

Works on Chrome, Edge, Brave, Samsung Internet and most Chromium browsers. Firefox support varies.

    Open Chrome (or your browser)

    Go to app.entergram.com in Chrome, Edge, Brave or Samsung Internet. Sign in to your account.

    Look for the install prompt

    Most Chromium browsers show an 'Install app' banner at the bottom of the screen, or a small + icon in the address bar.

    Or use the menu

    No banner? Tap the three-dot menu (top-right) and select 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'. Samsung Internet labels it 'Add page to'.

    Confirm installation

    Tap 'Install'. Entergram is added to your home screen and app drawer, runs full-screen, and can send push notifications when enabled.

Tip: On Android, the installed PWA appears in your app drawer and can be uninstalled like any other app via long-press.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Entergram mobile app free?
Yes. The PWA is free to install. You only pay for your Entergram subscription — the same plan covers web and mobile.
Why isn't Entergram in the App Store or Play Store?
We ship features faster as a PWA — no weekly review cycles, no platform gatekeepers. Our users also told us they prefer the lighter install. You get the same app, delivered directly from us.
Does the PWA support push notifications?
Yes, on both Android (Chrome-based browsers) and iOS 16.4+. You'll be prompted to allow notifications the first time you open the installed app.
Will it work offline?
The app shell and your recent data cache offline, so you can review chats and dashboards without connection. Sending and syncing resume automatically when you're back online.
How do I update the app?
You don't — updates happen automatically in the background the next time you open the app. Close and reopen once if you want to force the update.
How do I uninstall it?
On iOS, long-press the icon and tap 'Remove App'. On Android, long-press and drag to 'Uninstall', or remove it from your Apps settings.
