Telegram Proxy Accounts — Dedicated IP per Account, Server-Side Sessions

Every Telegram account in Entergram CRM runs through its own proxy with a dedicated IP. Sessions live encrypted on the server, your browser never talks directly to Telegram, and credentials are relayed through an auth proxy. Included on every plan.

Different account, different IP — every time

Connecting multiple Telegram accounts from one device usually means shared fingerprints and a higher risk of flood-control or bans. Entergram puts every account behind its own dedicated IP so Telegram sees each account on its own network. Proxy + dedicated IP is included on every plan — Basic, Pro, Business — at no extra cost.

  • Dedicated IP per account

Every connected Telegram account runs through its own proxy with a dedicated IP. No shared fingerprints across your accounts. Included on every plan.

  • Pure server-side API session

There's no Telegram client in your browser anymore. The Telegram connection is held server-side; your browser is a thin client over a WebSocket. Reload the tab — the account stays connected.

  • Encrypted server-side credentials

Session credentials are stored encrypted on Entergram's servers. Losing your browser session doesn't reveal them. You can revoke access anytime by disconnecting the account.

Different account, different IP — every time

Every Telegram account you connect to Entergram runs behind a proxy with its own dedicated IP. There is no in-browser Telegram client — the session lives server-side, your phone number, code and 2FA password are relayed through an auth proxy, and credentials are stored encrypted on Entergram's servers.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Why does each Telegram account need its own IP?
Telegram fingerprints connections by IP and device. If you run 5 accounts from one home IP, Telegram sees a shared fingerprint and may flag the accounts. With a dedicated IP per account, each one looks like an independent device on an independent network — much closer to how Telegram expects accounts to behave.
Where does my Telegram session actually live?
On Entergram's servers, encrypted. Every account uses a server-side API session — there's no Telegram client running in your browser. That's why you can close the tab and come back; the account stays connected.
Is my phone number sent directly to Telegram from my browser?
No. Connection details (phone, SMS code, 2FA password) are relayed through Entergram's auth proxy. The browser never talks directly to Telegram.
What if I see a 'Session expired' banner?
Telegram has invalidated the session — usually because the same account was logged in elsewhere, or because Telegram moved your account to a different region. Click Reconnect on the banner and redo the QR or phone flow. Your CRM data (custom columns, tags, comments, tickets) stays intact.
How do I log out everywhere?
Disconnect every Telegram account from Settings → Accounts (this revokes the server-side session), then sign out of Entergram. For maximum cleanup, also change your email-provider password since magic-link sign-in goes to that inbox.
