What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol — The Open Standard for AI Integrations

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard created by Anthropic that lets AI models securely connect to external tools and data sources. Instead of building custom integrations for each AI tool, you expose one MCP endpoint and every compatible app can connect — Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make.com, Cursor, and more. Entergram hosts a remote MCP server so your Telegram CRM data is available wherever you work.

  • Open standard supported by Claude, ChatGPT, and more
  • OAuth-based security with granular permission scopes
  • One endpoint, connect from any MCP-compatible app
  • No API keys or secrets to manage
  • Instant revocation from either side
  • Works with personal Telegram accounts, not just bots

Connect in 3 Steps

The same simple flow works for every app.

  1. 01

    Create a client in Entergram

Go to Settings → Developer and create a new OAuth client. Pick the preset for your app — Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, or Custom. The preset configures everything automatically.

  2. 02

Add the MCP URL in your app

In your AI tool or automation platform, add a custom connector or MCP node. Paste the Entergram MCP URL: https://mcp.entergram.com/mcp

  3. 03

    Connect and authorize

Click Connect, review the permissions on Entergram's authorization page, and click Allow access. Your Telegram workspace is now connected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work with my personal Telegram account?
Yes. Entergram connects your personal Telegram account — not a bot. The MCP connector gives AI tools access to your real chats, contacts, and conversations through your connected Telegram accounts.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The connection uses OAuth with PKCE — no secrets are stored. You choose exactly which permissions to grant, and you can revoke access instantly from either Entergram or the connected app. All data flows over HTTPS.
Do I need a paid plan?
The MCP connector is available on Entergram plans that include API access. Check the pricing page for current plan details.
Can I connect multiple AI tools at the same time?
Yes. Create a separate OAuth client for each tool. Each connection is independent — revoking one doesn't affect the others.
What happens if I revoke access?
The connection breaks immediately. The AI tool will get an error on its next request. No data is cached by the MCP endpoint — once revoked, the tool has no access.
Why MCP instead of a regular API integration?
MCP is the emerging standard for connecting AI tools to external data. One endpoint works with every MCP-compatible app. You get OAuth security, granular scopes, and instant revocation — without managing API keys or building custom integrations.
