Pro plan, no extra setup
On the Pro plan (and the 3-day Pro trial) analytics is enabled automatically the moment you connect a Telegram account — no separate Connect Analytics step. Entergram pulls historical data in the background, then keeps it incremental. Personal mode shows one of your accounts at a time; workspace mode aggregates across selected members.

4 headline cards
Total messages, response rate, active chats, outgoing — each with a help tooltip and (on short ranges) a colored delta vs. the previous period.

7 × 24 activity heatmap
Weekday × hour grid colored by message frequency. Toggle direction (All / Incoming / Outgoing). Click a cell for the exact count and percentage of peak.

Response statistics, fairly weighted
Reply rate and weighted average response time. Triggers are every incoming private message, plus mentions and replies in groups (channels are ignored). Replies inside 1 hour count; groups are weighted half (0.5×) vs private (1.0×).
Top chats
Up to 20 chats sorted by total messages, with sent vs received bars and a deleted-message badge. Drill into a single chat for per-type breakdowns.
Media statistics
Files (sent/received), reactions, deleted messages, and a top-media-type breakdown (photo, video, voice, document, sticker, GIF, audio, text).
Team performance board
Workspace mode only. One row per member: incoming/outgoing counts, response rate, response time, current unread, and audit-log activity (custom-field changes, comments, files added).
Ticket analytics
If tickets are enabled, a Tickets tab shows created vs closed, open count, average resolution time, SLA state mix, compliance rate and per-member SLA — plus a daily ticket heatmap.
