What is Entergram?+
A Telegram CRM for teams. Connect multiple Telegram accounts into one workspace, assign chats, track analytics, and broadcast messages, none of which Telegram lets you do natively.
How do workspaces work?+
A workspace is a shared team environment built around your real Telegram accounts. One seat can connect multiple Telegram accounts, or each teammate can use a separate seat with their own Telegram connections. You choose which accounts and chats to share, then assign conversations, add internal comments, manage permissions, and organize work with custom CRM columns without sharing passwords or 2FA.
4 Connected Accounts · 87 chats
What is Telegram MCP?+
Telegram MCP connects your real Telegram accounts to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, and Make. It lets you ask AI to find conversations, review customer history, triage chats, and draft replies across your connected accounts through one secure MCP connection, without bots, custom code, or sharing your Telegram password.
What is a Telegram CRM?+
A Telegram CRM is a customer relationship management tool built specifically for Telegram. It connects your real Telegram accounts, turns inbound chats into an organized team inbox, and adds CRM features Telegram lacks natively: chat assignment, ticketing, custom fields, broadcasts, and analytics.
Does Entergram use Telegram bots or personal accounts?+
Entergram connects your personal Telegram account, the same one you use on Telegram Desktop or mobile. It is not a bot. You sign in with your phone number and 2FA, and Entergram works on top of your real chats, groups and contacts. This is why features like multi-account inbox, broadcasts to existing chats, analytics on your conversations, and group ownership mapping all work, because a bot cannot access any of it.
What problems does it solve?+
Telegram has no team collaboration, no analytics, and no way to manage multiple accounts together. Entergram adds workspaces with chat assignment, message analytics with response time tracking, group ownership visibility, broadcast messaging, and CRM columns for pipeline management.
Is my connection secure?+
Sessions are protected with AES-256-GCM encryption. Your session files are unreadable to anyone without your key.
Can you read my messages?+
We don't read your messages. To act on your behalf, Entergram stores your Telegram session encrypted with AES-256-GCM, but message bodies and chat history aren't warehoused beyond what the live product needs. See our security page for details.
Can multiple team members manage the same personal Telegram account safely?+
Yes. Instead of sharing login credentials, which is risky and against Telegram's terms, each team member connects the same Telegram account from their own workspace. Telegram's MTProto protocol supports multiple concurrent sessions natively, so everyone can read, reply and act on the same chats in parallel without signing each other out. Sessions are encrypted server-side with AES-256-GCM, each runs through its own proxy with a dedicated IP, and 2FA stays with the account owner. Nobody ever sees the password or 2FA code.
What about personal chats?+
Team members can exclude personal chats from the workspace entirely. Only chats they choose to share will appear.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. The trial lasts 3 days and includes full access to all features. No credit card is required to start, and you will not be charged during the trial.
How many accounts can I connect?+
Up to 5 on the Basic plan, with extra accounts at €5/month each.
What analytics are available?+
Message volume, response times, activity heatmaps, and team performance comparison. Managers can compare reps side-by-side.
Can I see who owns which groups?+
Yes. A dedicated page shows group and channel ownership across all your connected accounts.
Can I send bulk messages?+
Yes. The broadcast tool lets you send personalized messages to hundreds of chats at once, filtered by tags, across multiple accounts.
Can I export data?+
Yes. Export all CRM data to CSV: custom columns, metadata, everything. Messages are not included (they're encrypted).
Can I use a Telegram CRM for customer support?+
Yes. Support is one of the most common ways teams use Entergram. The same workspace that runs your CRM pipeline turns incoming chats into SLA tickets with a status, assignee and Kanban board, and tracks response time per agent. If support is your main job, start from the dedicated Telegram Support page; if you need both sales and support, the CRM and support layers share one shared inbox.
Is Entergram a CRM with chat built in?+
Yes. Entergram is a CRM with chat at its core, so the conversation and the customer record live on the same screen. Every Telegram chat becomes a contact with custom fields, tags, notes and full history, so your team replies and updates the CRM in one place instead of copy-pasting between a chat app and a separate CRM.
Is this an AI CRM?+
Entergram works as an AI CRM for Telegram: connect it to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client through our Telegram MCP server and the AI can read chats, draft replies and update CRM fields for you. The AI acts on your real conversations, not a siloed copy, so it has context a generic AI CRM never sees.
Does Entergram support Telegram chat automation?+
Yes. Chat automation runs through broadcasts, templates with variables, slash commands, post-send column and folder updates, and webhooks or Make.com, plus AI-driven actions over MCP. You automate the repetitive parts of Telegram messaging while every send stays tied to a real account and a real contact.
Can I use Entergram as a Web3 or crypto CRM?+
Yes. Telegram is where Web3 lives, so Entergram works as a Web3 CRM for crypto projects, DAOs, NFT communities and trading desks. Connect the team's personal Telegram accounts, tag and segment members, track group and channel ownership across your community, broadcast announcements, and turn support requests into tickets, all from one workspace.
How does Entergram handle inbound Telegram leads?+
Every inbound message to any connected account lands in the shared inbox as a trackable lead. No form to fill in, no bot handoff, no import step. From there it is ordinary Telegram CRM inbound lead management: set a Stage, assign an owner, drop a reminder, and the chat moves through your pipeline like any other deal.
How is Entergram different from bot-based Telegram CRMs?+
Most Telegram CRM tools are built on the Bot API, which changes what they can actually do. A bot only sees a chat after the other person starts it and presses Start, it cannot read your existing conversations, it cannot see the groups and channels you already belong to, and it messages people from a @something_bot identity rather than from you. Entergram connects your real personal account over MTProto instead, so your full chat history, contacts, groups and channels are already there on day one, replies come from your own username, and analytics cover conversations that happened before you signed up. The trade-off is honest: a bot is simpler to set up and can serve unlimited strangers at once, while a real account carries Telegram's normal per-account rate limits. If your work is one-to-many broadcast to anonymous subscribers, a bot is fine. If your work is relationship selling and support with people who already know you, a bot cannot see the relationship at all.
Why does Entergram cost more than a Telegram bot tool?+
Bot-based tools are cheap because a bot costs almost nothing to run: Telegram hosts the connection and there is no session to protect. A real account is different infrastructure. Every connected account needs its own persistent MTProto session, stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, kept alive around the clock, and routed through a dedicated residential-quality proxy IP so the account is not flagged for logging in from a datacentre shared with strangers. That proxy and that isolation are the majority of what you are paying for, and they are the reason accounts stay healthy. Priced per seat, Entergram starts at EUR 29/month for 5 connected accounts, which is EUR 5.80 per account per month including its dedicated IP. A standalone proxy of comparable quality typically costs EUR 3 to 8 per month on its own, before any CRM, ticketing or analytics.
Will connecting my account to Entergram get me banned?+
Entergram uses Telegram's own MTProto client protocol, the same protocol Telegram Desktop and every third-party Telegram client use, and multiple simultaneous sessions on one account are a documented, supported Telegram feature. What actually gets accounts restricted is behaviour, not tooling: messaging large numbers of people who have never contacted you, sending faster than a human could, or logging in from an IP that looks nothing like your usual one. Entergram is built around those three risks. Each account gets a dedicated proxy IP rather than a shared datacentre address, broadcasts are paced and sent server-side rather than fired in a burst, and the product is designed for messaging people already in your chat list. No tool can promise Telegram will never restrict an account, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we can say is what we control.
