The chat table
The Messages page is a single table view over every Telegram chat on every connected account. Each row is one chat; each column is either an intrinsic property of the chat or a field you’ve added.
Columns out of the box
Section titled “Columns out of the box”- Chat — avatar, title, and (for 1:1s) @handle
- Type — User (private), Group, or Channel
- Members — count for groups/channels
- First name / Last name / Phone number — editable for 1:1 chats
- Last message from — important in workspace mode so you see which teammate last spoke
- Delivery — state of your last outgoing message (sent / read / failed)
- Online / last seen — real-time presence for contact chats
- Unread — red badge count
- Description — free text you control
- Files / Comments / Tickets / Reminders — quick counters; click to jump to the relevant tab
- Invite link — shows or generates a link for groups/channels
Search, filter, sort
Section titled “Search, filter, sort”- Text search covers chat name, username, and phone
- Faceted filters: type, account, tags, online status, delivery state, folders, custom columns
- Click any sortable column header to sort ascending/descending
- Filter state is remembered per view
- Standard pagination with selectable page size
Customizing the table
Section titled “Customizing the table”Use the “Customize columns” popover (column header → gear icon) to show, hide, or reorder columns. Your layout is saved per view.
Account filter
Section titled “Account filter”When more than one Telegram account is connected, an account selector lets you narrow the table to one or more accounts. In a workspace this also shows which teammate owns each account.
Sync status
Section titled “Sync status”A small indicator next to the table shows when Entergram is fetching updates from Telegram. Spinner during an active sync, check on completion. A separate indicator appears for long-running background syncs.
Personal mode vs workspace mode
Section titled “Personal mode vs workspace mode”The same Messages page serves two modes:
- Personal view — only your connected accounts and your data
- Workspace view — aggregated across all workspace members’ accounts
Switch from the workspace switcher in the sidebar. Custom columns, tags, and templates are workspace-scoped, so they follow you between personal and workspace views once you join one.
Important: each user only sees chats from the Telegram accounts they themselves connected — see What teammates see for the privacy boundary.
