Analytics overview

The Analytics page turns your Telegram activity into numbers you can act on: how many messages you send and receive, how often you reply and how fast, when your audience is active, which chats dominate your time, and — for workspaces — how each teammate is performing.

Analytics is Pro-only. On the Pro plan (and the 3-day Pro trial), it’s wired up automatically when you connect a Telegram account — there is no separate “connect analytics” step. On Basic, the Analytics page falls back to the Custom Fields Analytics view (see CRM metrics).

Analytics answers three kinds of questions:

  • “How am I performing?” — message volume, reply rate, response time, media usage
  • “When is my audience active?” — heatmaps by day of week and hour of day
  • “How is my team doing?” — per-member performance, SLA compliance, ticket flow (workspace mode)

Everything on the page is driven by two inputs: which accounts you’re looking at, and which time range.

The free 3-day Pro trial auto-starts when you connect your first Telegram account.

On Pro, analytics is enabled automatically the moment you connect a Telegram account. As soon as the account finishes connecting, Entergram starts pulling historical data in the background.

On the analytics page, each account is labeled:

  • Synced (green) — ready
  • Syncing (blue) — initial sync in progress

The first sync can take minutes to tens of minutes depending on history. Subsequent refreshes are incremental.

The page works in two modes; the switcher is in the sidebar.

  • Pick one of your own connected accounts
  • All metrics are about messages between you and your chats
  • Aggregates across selected workspace members’ accounts
  • Account filter is grouped by member — toggle individuals or whole members on/off
  • Cards and charts reflect the aggregate; the Team Performance board breaks it down per member
  • Owners and admins always see every member’s data
  • Members see every member’s data only if the workspace setting “Members can see all analytics” is on
  • When that setting is off, members are automatically locked to their own accounts — the UI enforces it
  • Today, 3d, 7d — available on any Pro-tier access
  • 30d, 1y, All time — paid-tier only (hidden on trial)
  • From / To date pickers; paid-tier only
  • If you enter dates reversed, Entergram swaps them

Short ranges (up to 30 days) display a delta next to each headline metric — e.g. “+12.5% vs last 7 days”. For long ranges (1y, all, custom), the comparison disables automatically.

A toggle at the top of the controls switches what the page analyzes:

When a fresh Telegram account is connected on Pro, analytics is enabled automatically and Entergram immediately starts pulling historical data. The page shows a progress bar with stage names (syncing → fetching metadata → analyzing → ready), an ETA where available, and per-account progress if multiple accounts are syncing at once. Interactions on the Analytics page are blocked until the initial sync completes.

After the first sync, incremental refreshes happen quietly. A small banner appears at the top while the rest of the page stays usable.

If the data fetch fails, you get an inline error card with a Retry button.
