Does it support SLAs and a ticketing workflow?
Yes. Tickets have six statuses (New, Open, Pending, Blocked, Solved, Closed), three priorities, custom fields, comments and file attachments. You set a workspace SLA; badges move from Healthy to At risk to Breached, and the assignee gets a Telegram warning before the deadline.
Can several agents share one Telegram support inbox?
Yes. A workspace supports Member, Admin and Owner roles with shared tags, tickets, comments and templates. Crucially, each agent only sees chats from the accounts they connected — message content is never shared between teammates, only the support layer on top.
