Custom columns, tags & reminders

Three ways to add structure on top of every chat: custom columns for stable attributes, tags for fluid segments, reminders for follow-ups.

Add your own fields to every chat. Open the custom columns popover from the column header.

  • Text — single line
  • Long text — multi-line textarea
  • Number
  • Date — calendar picker
  • Multiselect — predefined options, each with its own color
  • Checkbox — boolean

For each column you can set a name, a type, whether it is required, a default value, and (for multiselect) the list of options and their colors. Values edit inline from the table or from the chat details panel.

  • Sales pipeline — multiselect “Stage” with Lead → Qualified → Demo → Proposal → Won → Lost
  • Priority — multiselect “Priority” with High (red) / Medium (amber) / Low (gray)
  • Revenue — number column “ARR”
  • Last contact — date column
  • Opt-in — checkbox “Agreed to newsletter”

In a workspace, only owners and admins can create, edit, or delete columns. All members can read and write field values.

Tags are colored labels shared across the workspace.

  • Apply from the Tags column on a row, or in bulk from the selection toolbar
  • New tags are created on first use and get a random color from the palette
  • Names are capped at ~20 characters for display

Tags are a good match for fluid, overlapping segments (e.g., VIP, newsletter, trial-user). Custom columns are a better match for structured attributes you’ll filter and report on.

Reminders are personal to-dos tied to a specific chat.

  1. Click the Reminders cell on a row, or open the chat details panel
  2. Click “Add reminder”
  3. Set a name, optional description, date, time, and timezone
  4. Save

Pending and overdue reminders are shown with colored badges. In a workspace, reminders created by a teammate show with the owner’s email and are read-only to you.

Settings → Accounts → Reminder bot setup pairs a shared Entergram bot with each connected account. After setup, any reminder you create lands in your Telegram at its due time.

Your Telegram folders are mirrored as filter chips above the table.

  • Click a folder chip to narrow the table to that folder
  • Select multiple folders with shift/cmd-click
  • Click “All” to clear the filter
  • Single chat — in the chat details panel, open the folder manager and toggle folders on/off
  • Bulk — select rows and use “Folders” from the selection toolbar

Folder writes through the API can have a small latency; refresh the page if a recent change isn’t reflected yet.
