Connecting your Telegram account to Entergram unlocks the full power of our platform—from core CRM features to deep performance analytics. This guide walks you through both connections and explains why we designed it this way.
To deliver both maximum privacy and powerful analytics, we use two separate connection methods. This architecture is deliberate: without splitting the load this way, real-time analytics and team insights would not be possible due to Telegram’s API limitations.
Think of it like managing your crypto private keys:
Some keys you keep 100% in your own wallet
Some keys you trust to a secure custodian to unlock extra features

What It Powers
Where the Session Is Stored
Best For
1st Connection (CRM)
All core day-to-day CRM features: live chat, broadcasting, labels, tickets.
Your browser only (local storage).
Users who want maximum privacy and full CRM functionality. Messages are never read by Entergram.
2nd Connection (Analytics)
Deep insights & team performance: Heatmaps, Response Time, Message Volume, Team SLAs, deleted-message tracking.
Securely on our servers (encrypted at rest).
Users and teams who want the “brutal truth” analytics that win deals and optimize performance. Messages are never read by Entergram.
Maximum Privacy (1st Connection): The browser-only connection is completely private – we never see your messages and the session never leaves your device.
Heavy Calculation (2nd Connection): The server-side connection is required for complex calculations like heatmaps, reply ratios, deleted-message tracking, and team leaderboards. Telegram’s API limits prevent us from doing this purely client-side.
You can use Entergram forever with just the 1st connection if privacy is your top priority (you’ll have full CRM, broadcasting, tickets, etc.).
Activate the 2nd connection only when you’re ready for analytics – it takes 10 seconds and can be revoked anytime from your Telegram sessions settings.
Maximum privacy or maximum insights – you choose. Most power users enable both and get the best of both worlds.
Your Telegram account is securely connected to Entergram’s analytics system.
Data synchronization begins, and your Analytics Page starts populating with real-time metrics and charts.
Data Security Note
Both connections use secure verification methods—either a QR code scan or one-time codes sent directly through Telegram. We do not store your Telegram password. The 1st connection stays in your browser; the 2nd connection is encrypted at rest on our servers for heavy analytics calculations. Messages are never read by Entergram in either case.
Q: Can I use Entergram with just one connection?
Yes! The 1st connection (CRM) gives you full access to chat, broadcasting, labels, and tickets. You only need the 2nd connection if you want analytics.
Q: What’s the difference between the two connections?
The 1st connection keeps your session in your browser for maximum privacy. The 2nd connection stores a session on our servers to enable heavy calculations that Telegram’s API can’t handle client-side.
Q: Can I revoke the analytics connection later?
Absolutely. You can revoke it anytime from your Telegram sessions settings. Your CRM features will continue working normally.
Q: Do you read my messages?
No. Messages are never read by Entergram in either connection. We only process metadata for analytics (timestamps, sender/receiver info, message counts, etc.).
Q: Is this doable from the WebApp or Telegram directly?
Yes! Both connection methods work seamlessly from our WebApp or directly within Telegram.
