Analytics Guide - Response Performance
🚀 Response Performance: Detailed Calculation
Section intitulée « 🚀 Response Performance: Detailed Calculation »These metrics are critical for evaluating communication responsiveness and efficiency, specifically the Response Rate and AVG Response Time.
What is a “Trigger Message”?
Section intitulée « What is a “Trigger Message”? »A trigger message is any incoming message that requires a response and initiates the response performance measurement.
| Chat Type | Trigger Definition |
|---|---|
| Private Chats (DMs) | Every incoming message is a trigger. |
| Groups & Supergroups | Only messages where you were @mentioned or replies to your existing messages are triggers. |
Formula & Window (Response Rate)
Section intitulée « Formula & Window (Response Rate) »The Response Rate measures the effectiveness of responding to necessary messages within the strict 1-hour Response Window.
Response Rate = (Responses ÷ Triggers) × 100%
Example: You receive 10 trigger messages and respond to 7 of them within 1 hour. Your Response Rate is 70%. Important: Response must occur within 1 hour of the trigger message to be counted!
Average Response Time & Weighting
Section intitulée « Average Response Time & Weighting »Average Response Time measures the speed of your responses to counted trigger messages. The Output Unit for this metric is Minutes.
Response Time = T₂ − T₁
- T₁: The time the Trigger message was received.
- T₂: The time Your response was sent.
Weighting System
Section intitulée « Weighting System »A weighting system prioritizes response time in Private Chats:
- Private Chats (DMs): Weight = 1.0
- Groups: Weight = 0.5 This means Private Chat responses are considered more important in the overall average calculation.
