Broadcasting & Smart Actions
The Messages page allows users to execute powerful Smart Actions instantly upon selecting one or more chats, significantly accelerating workflow.
📢 Broadcast Messaging
Section intitulée « 📢 Broadcast Messaging »The Broadcast feature allows users to send mass messages to selected chats efficiently.
Execution Flow
Section intitulée « Execution Flow »- Selection: Select the desired chats by clicking the checkboxes.
- Action Bar: The “Action” bar will automatically appear at the bottom of the page.
- Broadcast Popup: Click the “Broadcast” button to open a popup where users can enter text.
- Content:
- Messages can be styled with markdown.
- Users can attach files or images to the message.
- Preview & Send: Users can preview the message before sending. Once Send is clicked, the message is sent to the selected clients.
Telegram Limitation: If both markdown styling and a file/image are included, the content will be sent in separate messages due to current Telegram API limitations.
Template Management
Section intitulée « Template Management »- Save Templates: When broadcasting a message, users can save a template (including attached files and images) to insert it faster if they use it often.
- Template Limits: Users can save up to 10 templates with a total combined storage of 100MB (maximum 10MB per template).
💡 Smart Actions
Section intitulée « 💡 Smart Actions »When users select a chat, a dedicated Smart Action bar appears at the bottom of the page, offering quick management tools:
- Pin Chats: Selected chats can be pinned in the table for immediate access.
- Add to Telegram Folder: Selected chats can be instantly added to a Telegram Folder in the connected Telegram account.
- Broadcast Messages: (See Broadcast Messaging above).
- Save Templates: (See Template Management above).
- Preview Messages: Users can preview the message that they want to send, before sending it.
📝 Data Field Management
Section intitulée « 📝 Data Field Management »These actions allow for rapid mass updating of the custom data columns you have created:
- Add fields to messages: Users can mass add multiple fields (e.g., adding a “Token 2049” label to 10 new leads) by selecting the chats and applying the label in one go.
- Remove Fields to Messages: Users can mass remove custom field data from selected chats.
