Users have the ability to export various sets of data for external archiving or analysis in a CSV format.

Export TypeIncluded Data
Chats DownloadIncludes all data from the Messages page, including any custom columns that were created by users (e.g., Multi-Select, Text, Checkbox).
Contacts DownloadIncludes all data from the Contacts page (Name, Phone Number, Shared Groups).
GroupsIncludes all group chat information of the user (Title, Type, Members, Role).
AnalyticsIncludes all analytics data of the user for the selected time range.
