Section titled “⬇️ Data Export”Users have the ability to export various sets of data for external archiving or analysis in a CSV format.
Data that users can export
Section titled “Data that users can export”| Export Type | Included Data |

| Chats Download | Includes all data from the Messages page, including any custom columns that were created by users (e.g., Multi-Select, Text, Checkbox). |
| Contacts Download | Includes all data from the Contacts page (Name, Phone Number, Shared Groups). |
| Groups | Includes all group chat information of the user (Title, Type, Members, Role). |
| Analytics | Includes all analytics data of the user for the selected time range. |
