Plans, trial & billing
The Plans tab is visible only to users not in a workspace. Once you join or create one, billing moves to the Workspace tab.
The three plans

Every plan includes 5 Telegram accounts per seat. Need more in the same seat? The Extra Telegram accounts add-on is +€5/month per extra account.
- Free 3-day Pro trial auto-starts when you connect your first Telegram account
- Countdown visible in the Plans tab down to the minute
- Once expired, you can purchase to continue or fall back to a free baseline
Billing periods
Section titled “Billing periods”- Monthly or Yearly — yearly saves 2 months
- Upgrade — effective immediately, the payment provider prorates the charge
- Downgrade — scheduled for the end of the current period
Status banners
Section titled “Status banners”- Trialing — countdown, prompt to subscribe
- Active — next renewal date
- Canceled — access until the period ends, “Reactivate” button
- Past due — payment deadline, amber alert
- Scheduled change — e.g. “Basic → Pro on Dec 15”
All checkout, plan-change, and billing-portal actions go through Stripe.
Sign-in
Section titled “Sign-in”Entergram uses Supabase for authentication:
- Magic link — enter your email, click the one-time link Entergram emails you
- Google OAuth — sign in with your Google account
Your browser holds a secure session cookie; every Entergram API call validates that session on the server. There is no password to manage.
Onboarding
Section titled “Onboarding”New users land on a 7-step wizard before the main app:
- Discovery — how you heard about Entergram
- Role — SDR/BDR, Marketing, Sales Leadership, Founder/CEO, Operations, IT/Automation, Customer Success, Community Manager, Other
- Use cases — Client Management, Analytics, Group Management, Broadcasting, Outreach, Customer Support, plus optional integrations
- Organization — workspace name, company website, usage type, optional invite link, optional referral code
- Book call — optional Calendly link (only if the deployment requires it)
- Connect Telegram — QR or phone+code flow
Every field saves as you go. Completing the wizard drops you at the home page with the 3-day Pro trial active.
If you arrived via a referral link (?ref=<code>), Entergram stores the code in a cookie for 30 days; your referrer gets credit after signup completes.
Personal account preferences
Section titled “Personal account preferences”In the Accounts tab you can also set:
- Notifications — show new message badges, play sound (off by default)
- Privacy / Ghost Mode — workspace-wide toggle that suppresses your activity contribution to analytics/presence
- Message limit — how many historical messages Entergram loads when you open a chat (default 50)
- Email — change the email tied to your Entergram account
- Storage — review broadcast template usage against your 100 MB cap
- Data export — export tickets, chats, contacts, analytics, activity (rate-limited to one per 60 seconds per dataset)
- Excluded chats — hide specific chats from sync (e.g. your personal family group)
