Bulk actions
Select rows with checkboxes — or the header checkbox for “select all” — and a toolbar appears at the bottom of the table.
Available actions
Section titled “Available actions”- Tags — add or remove one or more tags on every selected chat
- Custom fields — per-field popover; choose
Set/Add/Remove, pick a value, apply - Pin / Unpin — pinned chats float to the top of the list
- Folders — add or remove a Telegram folder membership
- Broadcast — open the broadcast dialog with the selection pre-loaded as recipients
All changes are optimistic; the UI reflects them instantly and the server reconciles shortly after.
How permissions apply
Section titled “How permissions apply”In workspace mode, bulk actions apply per-account for the chats you’re changing — Entergram routes each write to the account that owns the chat.

Example
Section titled “Example”Send the same message to 10 chats:
- Tick the checkbox on 10 chat rows
- Click the megaphone (Broadcast) button that appears in the toolbar
- Type your message — those 10 chats are pre-loaded as recipients
- Send
