Chat details, conversation & comments

Clicking any row opens a right-side panel with three tabs.

  • Avatar, title, type, member count, description
  • Telegram link (opens the chat in the real Telegram app)
  • Phone, username, first/last name (editable for contacts)
  • Custom columns, editable
  • Tags — add or remove
  • Invite link with Generate / Copy / Rotate buttons
  • Contact note — private internal text
  • Reminders section with inline add/edit/complete

Internal discussion your Telegram contact never sees.

  • Chronological list with author, timestamp, text
  • Add comments from the input at the bottom
  • Delete your own comments (admins can remove any)
  • Unread badge appears on the chat row when a teammate adds a comment

A support rep writes a comment explaining context for a tricky customer; a colleague who picks up the thread tomorrow reads the comment first without leaking anything to the customer.

Lists tickets linked to this chat and lets you create a new one pre-linked to it. See the Tickets section for the full ticket workflow.

The middle pane of the details panel shows the full message history.

  • Messages grouped by sender with date separators
  • Read receipts, typing indicators, and last-seen for contact chats
  • Supported media: photos, videos, voice notes (waveform + play/pause), stickers, custom emoji, animated stickers, GIFs, documents, contact cards, locations, polls
  • Media opens in a lightbox with zoom, pan, rotate, and keyboard navigation
  • Reply (quote), edit your own message, delete, forward (where Telegram allows it)
  • Attachments download via a queue that caps concurrency

Every file, image, video, or voice note shared in a chat is collected in the chat details panel:

  • Preview images and videos in a lightbox (zoom, pan, rotate, keyboard navigation)
  • Play voice notes with a waveform
  • Copy a direct link or download the file
  • Navigate between items with arrow keys

Downloads are queued with a cap to prevent saturating your connection.

For groups and channels, the invite link cell shows the current link.

  • Click to copy
  • Generate a fresh link if none exists
  • Rotate the link (generate a new one, invalidating the old)
