Progressive Web App (PWA)
Section titled “Progressive Web App (PWA)”Entergram is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Install it on your device for a native app experience:
- Visit app.entergram.com in your browser
- Click “Install” or “Add to Home Screen” when prompted
- Access Entergram directly from your device like any other app
PWA benefits:
- Works offline for viewing cached data
- Faster load times after initial install
- Native app feel on desktop and mobile
- Automatic updates
What Entergram Does
Section titled “What Entergram Does”Telegram CRM Features
Section titled “Telegram CRM Features”The Chats page displays all your Telegram conversations in a table format—a Telegram management tool that shows metadata columns including:
- Chat type: Group, private, channel, or bot
- Last message from: Shows whether the last message was from the recipient, you, a colleague, or someone else
- Custom columns: Add your own data fields for Telegram lead management
Click any chat row to open the Messenger, which connects directly to Telegram. From the Messenger you can:
- Send and receive messages
- Edit your messages
- Reply to specific messages
- Add emoji reactions
- Delete messages
- Use macro templates with personalization variables
The sidepanel shows the same metadata as the table view. You can also:
- Set reminders (sends a notification to your Telegram account)
- Edit custom column values
Custom Columns for Lead Management
Section titled “Custom Columns for Lead Management”Create columns to organize your Telegram sales CRM:

Built-in columns (not customizable):
- Counter: Shows time elapsed since the last message in a chat
- Date Last Message: Timestamp of the most recent message
Manage Multiple Telegram Accounts
Section titled “Manage Multiple Telegram Accounts”Connect multiple Telegram accounts and manage them from one interface. This multi Telegram accounts feature lets you:
- Toggle between accounts or view all accounts simultaneously
- Filter chats by connected account
- Send broadcasts from any connected account
Filtering and Sorting
Section titled “Filtering and Sorting”- Filter by custom fields, chat type, who sent the last message, or your existing Telegram folders
- Sort by message date, member count, and other fields
- Pagination at the bottom of the table (up to 200 chats per page)
- Toggle column visibility to show or hide specific metadata
Telegram Bulk Messaging
Section titled “Telegram Bulk Messaging”Select multiple chats to perform bulk actions:
- Add or remove tags
- Move chats into or out of Telegram folders
- Broadcast a message to all selected chats
Telegram Broadcast Tool
Section titled “Telegram Broadcast Tool”Send messages to multiple chats at once with the Telegram broadcast tool:
- Select the chats you want to message
- Click “Broadcast Megaphone”
- Compose your message (attach files or use a template)
- Use variables for personalization
- Send immediately or configure a broadcast automation
Available variables (wrap in double curly braces):

Broadcast automations can:
- Move a chat to a Telegram folder after sending

Telegram Analytics
Section titled “Telegram Analytics”View Telegram performance analytics with the Analytics page (requires Analytics connection):
- Message volumes (incoming and outgoing)
- Activity heatmap showing busiest hours
- Channel distribution
- Average response time
- Telegram team management comparisons
Contacts Page
Section titled “Contacts Page”See an overview of group chat ownership and participant connections. Identify which team members own specific group chats for ownership transfer requests.
Telegram Workspaces
Section titled “Telegram Workspaces”When you sign up, you’re assigned a Telegram workspace. Workspace features include:
- Team invitations: Invite team members to your workspace for Telegram team productivity
- Shared metadata: Chat metadata (names, types, etc.) appears in the Database tab for workspace administrators. Message content remains private to the account owner.
- Shared custom columns: When a user adds or edits a custom field, the change reflects across the organization
- Chat exclusion: Members can exclude specific chats from the CRM (if enabled by the administrator). Excluded chats are ignored in the CRM and analytics.
- Data export: Export all data in CSV format. Administrators can enable or disable export permissions for team members.
- Data deletion: Delete your data at any time (GDPR compliant)
