Users have the ability to export various sets of data for external archiving or analysis in a CSV format.

Data that users can export

Export Type	Included Data
Chats Download	Includes all data from the Messages page, including any custom columns that were created by users (e.g., Multi-Select, Text, Checkbox).
Contacts Download	Includes all data from the Contacts page (Name, Phone Number, Shared Groups).
Groups	Includes all group chat information of the user (Title, Type, Members, Role).
Analytics	Includes all analytics data of the user for the selected time range.
