⛔ Refund & Cancellation Policy
Section titled “⛔ Refund & Cancellation Policy”To keep our pricing competitive and our infrastructure high-performing, Entergram maintains a strict No-Refund Policy.
💸 No Refunds
Section titled “💸 No Refunds”All payments made to Entergram are final. Because we offer a fully functional 3-day free trial without requiring credit card information, users have the opportunity to test the software extensively before any charge occurs.
- No partial refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: Once an annual plan is purchased, it cannot be refunded or downgraded for a partial credit.
🚫 How to Avoid Unwanted Charges
Section titled “🚫 How to Avoid Unwanted Charges”If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription after your trial or your current billing period:
- Cancel Early: You are encouraged to cancel your subscription via the dashboard at any time to prevent the next charge.
- Access Post-Cancellation: You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Automatic Renewal: All plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
⚠️ Account Deletion & Sessions Vault
Section titled “⚠️ Account Deletion & Sessions Vault”- Data Purge: Deleting your account will immediately purge your Sessions Vault and all associated session data.
- Subscription Status: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Stripe subscription. You must cancel your subscription manually before deleting your account to ensure no further charges occur.
