This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued for paid Entergram subscriptions. All payments and subscription management are handled through our trusted payment processor, Stripe.

Refunds are governed by the following strict rules:

  1. Time Limit: Refunds can only be requested within 30 days of the original subscription purchase date.
  2. Exceeded Period: If the purchase date is older than 30 days, no refund can be made.

To successfully process a refund, we must be able to verify your subscription against your account data.

  • Do not click to delete your account if you are seeking a refund.
  • Consequence of Deletion: If a user deletes their account, all associated data is immediately purged. This makes it impossible to cross-verify the payment record (managed by Stripe) with a live user account, and therefore no refund can be processed.

Action Required: If you wish to request a refund, please contact our support team first. Do not delete your account.

Refunds are calculated on a partial basis, proportionate to the unused portion of your subscription term, based on the date the refund request is received.

Summary of Partial Refunds

  • Refunds are always partial, calculated based on the unused days of the service.
  • If you purchase an Annual Plan, the amount refunded will be calculated using the monthly price rate for the remaining eligible duration.
  • The 30-day limit from the purchase date is non-negotiable for all refund requests.
  • Payment Platform: All financial transactions, including subscription fees and refund processing, are handled securely through our payment integration partner, Stripe.
  • Coupons and Discounts: The eligibility and calculation of the refund amount (as per the 30-day rule and partial usage calculation) are applied to the net purchase price after any coupons or discounts.
