Table View & Custom Columns

The Chats page displays your Telegram conversations in a table format. Each row represents a chat with metadata displayed in columns.

Click the checkbox on the left side of any row to select it. Selected chats can be acted on using the Action Bar that appears at the bottom.

Click anywhere on a row (except the checkbox) to open the sidepanel. The sidepanel shows:

  • All column data in a vertical layout
  • The Messenger for sending/receiving messages
  • Options to edit custom column values
  • Reminder settings

Use the “Toggle View” button to show or hide columns. This helps you focus on relevant data for your current task.

These columns are provided by default and cannot be removed:

Create your own columns to organize chats with additional data. Custom columns are shared across your workspace—when you create or edit a column, all team members see the change.

The new column appears for all chats and all workspace members.

From the table: Click directly on a cell to edit its value.

From the sidepanel: Open a chat and edit values in the column section.

Labels are the most common custom column type. Each label has:

  • A name
  • A color (randomly assigned, can be changed)

You can:

  • Create unlimited labels
  • Assign multiple labels to a single chat
  • Filter the table by label
  • Add/remove labels in bulk using the Action Bar

Organization Tip

Use a consistent labeling system across your team. For example: lead stages (New, Qualified, Proposal, Closed), sources (Event, Referral, Inbound), or priorities (High, Medium, Low).

The Comments column is designed for team collaboration. Unlike other columns:

  • Each comment is logged with the author’s name and timestamp
  • Comments are append-only (you add new comments, not replace existing ones)
  • The column expands to show the full comment history

Use comments to:

  • Leave notes for colleagues about a chat
  • Document important context
  • Track internal decisions about how to handle a conversation
