Network Analysis

The Network tab visualizes relationships between your contacts based on shared group memberships.

The diagram shows how contacts are connected through shared groups.

  • Nodes: Each contact appears as a node
  • Connections: Lines between nodes indicate shared group memberships
  • Clusters: Contacts with many shared groups appear closer together
  • Identify professional or social clusters
  • See which contacts know each other
  • Understand team structures and collaboration patterns

Click on any contact in the diagram to see detailed information.

Shows all groups you share with the selected contact:

  • Group names
  • Your role in each group
  • Member counts

For each shared group, view membership events:

  • When the contact joined the group
  • When the contact left the group (if applicable)
  • Dates and times of membership changes

Use the Contact Deep Dive to verify a contact’s history within shared groups. This is useful for:

  • Confirming how long someone has been in a group
  • Checking if someone was previously a member
  • Documenting membership for compliance purposes

Before reaching out to a contact, review their group affiliations to:

  • Understand shared contexts
  • Find conversation topics
  • Identify mutual connections

Use the Network view before important meetings to understand how a contact fits into your broader network and what groups you have in common.
