Before a bulk action in your Telegram CRM, hide non-essential columns so you can verify you’ve selected the right chats. Show only the columns relevant to your current Telegram lead management task.
The Chats page in your Telegram CRM displays your Telegram conversations in a table. Use filtering and sorting to find specific chats or segment your audience for Telegram lead management.
| Filter | Description |

| Telegram Folders | Show only chats from a specific Telegram folder. You can also add chats to folders from this page. |
| Custom Columns | Filter by label values, checkbox status, or text field content for Telegram lead management |
| Telegram Account | If you manage multiple Telegram accounts, filter by which account the chat belongs to |
| Chat Type | Filter by private chat, group, or channel |
| Last Message From | Filter by who sent the last message (you, recipient, colleague, or other) |
Apply multiple filters together to narrow your results in your Telegram CRM. For example:
The table displays up to 200 chats per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate through your chats without scrolling.
Click column headers to sort your chats. Available sort options in your Telegram management tool:

| Chat name | Alphabetical order |
| Last message received | Most recent first or oldest first |
| Unread count | Chats with most unread messages first |
| Chat type | Group by private, group, channel |
| Last message from | Group by sender type |
| Members count | For groups, sort by number of members |
| Phone number | For private chats with phone numbers |
