The ** Bulk Actions** available on the Messages Page are designed for efficiency, allowing you to execute mass outreach, set crucial reminders, and perform rapid data updates across multiple chats simultaneously. When chats are selected via the checkbox, the Action Bar appears at the bottom of the page, providing access to these powerful tools.

The Broadcast feature allows users to send the same message to multiple selected chats simultaneously.

  1. Initiate: Click the “Broadcast” button in the Action Bar to open the message composer popup.
  2. Compose: Enter your message text. Messages can be styled using markdown.
  3. Attachments: You can attach files or images to your broadcast.
  4. Preview: Always preview the message before clicking Send.
  5. Sending Note: Due to Telegram limitations, if your message includes both markdown styling and a file/image, the content will be sent as separate messages.

Templates simplify repeat communication:

  • Save Templates: When composing a message, you can save a template (including its attached files/images) for future, convenient use.
  • Template Limits: Users can save up to 10 templates with a total combined storage of 100MB (max 10MB per template).

🔔 Add Reminders: Never Miss a Follow-up

You can set time-based reminders directly within a chat row.

  • Action: Click the dedicated “Add Reminder” option when viewing a chat.
  • Details: Insert a title and description for the reminder.
  • Trigger: When the set time arrives, the reminder will trigger, and you will receive a notification message on your Telegram via our service bot, the Entergram Helper bot.

These tools leverage your Custom Columns (Multi-Select, Text, Checkbox) for high-speed, uniform data application across multiple leads or groups.

  • Add fields to messages: Select multiple chats and mass add multiple fields in one go (e.g., applying the same “Token 2049 Lead” label to 10 new contacts).
  • Remove Fields to Messages: Select multiple chats and mass remove fields from them, such as clearing a temporary label or note.

These actions are immediately available in the Action Bar upon selecting chats, speeding up day-to-day management:

  • Pin Chats: Selected chats can be pinned in the table for immediate prioritization.
  • Add to Telegram Folder: Quickly add selected chats to a Telegram Folder you manage in your connected Telegram account.
  • Broadcast Message: (See Broadcasting Messages above).
  • Add / Remove fiekds: (See Adding or Removing fields above).

Workflow Efficiency Tip

Use the Smart Actions to first filter your table (e.g., by a specific label), then select all 200 chats on the page, and finally use Mass Data Field Management to update all selected chats instantly.
