Connect Telegram Account - Telegram CRM Setup Guide

Connecting your Telegram account to Entergram enables Telegram CRM features and Telegram analytics. This guide explains both connection types for your Web3 CRM setup.
Two Connection Types
Section titled “Two Connection Types”Entergram uses two separate connections for different purposes in your Telegram management tool:

Why two connections?
- The CRM connection keeps your session private in your browser
- The Analytics connection runs on our servers to perform calculations that Telegram’s API doesn’t support client-side (heatmaps, response time tracking, Telegram team management metrics)
Privacy note: We never read your message content in either connection. Telegram analytics processes metadata only (timestamps, sender/receiver info, message counts).
CRM Connection (Required)
Section titled “CRM Connection (Required)”The CRM connection enables all core Telegram CRM features: viewing chats, sending messages, Telegram broadcast tool, labels, and reminders. Your session stays in your browser.
Step 1: Open Settings
Section titled “Step 1: Open Settings”- Open Entergram
- Go to the Settings page
- Find the Accounts section
Step 2: Start Connection
Section titled “Step 2: Start Connection”Click “Connect Telegram (CRM)” to open the verification screen.
Step 3: Verify Your Account
Section titled “Step 3: Verify Your Account”Choose one of these methods:
Option A: QR Code (fastest)
- Open Telegram on your phone
- Scan the QR code displayed on screen
- Confirm the connection in your Telegram app
Option B: Phone Number
- Click “Use phone number instead”
- Enter your phone number
- Check Telegram for a 5-digit verification code
- Enter the code in Entergram
Your Telegram account is now connected to the Telegram CRM. You can use all CRM features immediately, including manage multiple Telegram accounts.
Analytics Connection (Optional)
Section titled “Analytics Connection (Optional)”The Analytics connection enables Telegram performance analytics: response times, activity heatmaps, message volumes, and Telegram team productivity comparisons.
Step 1: Initiate Connection
Section titled “Step 1: Initiate Connection”On the Settings page, click “Connect Analytics” in the Accounts section.
Step 2: Verify
Section titled “Step 2: Verify”- Check Telegram for a 5-digit verification code
- Enter the code in Entergram
Your Telegram analytics page will start showing data within a few minutes as synchronization completes.
Security Details
Section titled “Security Details”CRM Connection
Section titled “CRM Connection”- Uses AES-256-GCM encryption
- Session stored in your browser only
- Decryption key stays on your device
- Protected by your vault passphrase
Analytics Connection
Section titled “Analytics Connection”- Uses AES-256-GCM encryption
- Session stored on Entergram servers (encrypted at rest)
- Can be revoked anytime from Telegram’s active sessions
Vault Protection
Section titled “Vault Protection”Your CRM sessions are protected by a vault that requires a passphrase to unlock. If you forget your passphrase, you can use your 12-word recovery phrase to regain access.
If you lose both your passphrase and recovery phrase:
- Delete your existing Telegram connections
- Set up a new vault with a new passphrase
- Reconnect your Telegram accounts
Progressive Web App (PWA)
Section titled “Progressive Web App (PWA)”After connecting, install Entergram as a PWA for the best experience:
- Visit app.entergram.com
- Click “Install” or “Add to Home Screen”
- Access your Telegram CRM like a native app
Can I use Entergram with just the CRM connection? Yes. The CRM connection provides full access to Telegram lead management, Telegram bulk messaging, labels, and reminders. Telegram analytics is optional.
Can I revoke the Analytics connection later? Yes. Go to Telegram → Settings → Devices → Active Sessions and remove the Entergram Analytics session. Your Telegram CRM features continue working.
How many accounts can I connect? Up to 5 Telegram accounts depending on your plan. Manage multiple Telegram accounts from one interface.
Do you read my messages? No. We process metadata only (timestamps, sender/receiver info, message counts). Message content is never accessed.
