In the “Groups” tab, workspace admins and users can view which employees that own which group chats. They can request manually from their tean members to transfer a group chat ownership.
In the near future, we will launch advanced functionality for Workspace Administrators: Transferring of group chats.
This feature willl the workspace administrator to perform mass actions on behalf of their team, which is essential for managing team changes (onboarding/offboarding).
Administrator Capabilities will include:
Pull Users: Removing specific users from a defined list of groups.
Kick Users: Completely removing users from all groups or a few selected groups.
Transfer Group Ownership: Reassigning the owner role of a group chat from one user to another within the workspace.
