Chat Management - Telegram Management Tool

The core Telegram management tool features help you organize and manage your Telegram conversations:

  • Chats Table View

    • View all your Telegram chats in a sortable, filterable table
    • See metadata columns: chat type, last message sender, member count, and more
    • Click any row to open the Messenger and interact with the chat
  • Messenger

    • Send and receive messages directly connected to Telegram
    • Edit, reply to, or delete your messages
    • Add emoji reactions
    • Use macro templates for quick responses
  • Custom Columns for Telegram Lead Management

    • Multi-Select labels for categorization (e.g., lead stage, department)
    • Text fields for notes or IDs
    • Checkbox for binary flags (e.g., follow-up required)
    • Files column for attachments
    • Date and Number columns for structured data
    • Long Text for extended notes
    • Comments for team collaboration logs
  • Manage Multiple Telegram Accounts

    • Connect multiple personal Telegram accounts
    • Toggle between accounts or view all simultaneously
    • Filter chats by connected account
