The Analytics page includes visual charts to help you identify patterns and trends in your Telegram activity.

A line or bar chart showing message counts over the selected time range.

  • Incoming messages: Messages you received (one color)
  • Outgoing messages: Messages you sent (another color)
  • Time axis: Days within your selected range
  • Spot peak days: Identify when communication volume spikes
  • Track trends: See if volume is increasing or decreasing over time
  • Compare in/out: Understand the balance between receiving and sending

A grid showing activity levels by day of the week and hour of the day.

  • Rows: Days (Monday through Sunday)
  • Columns: Hours (0-23)
  • Color intensity: Darker = more activity

Toggle between:

  • Incoming heatmap: When you receive the most messages
  • Outgoing heatmap: When you send the most messages
  • Staffing decisions: Ensure coverage during high-activity hours
  • Schedule optimization: Plan focused work during low-activity times
  • Team coordination: Align team availability with peak demand

Shows the breakdown of your active communications by chat type.

A chat is “new” when it first has activity. This includes:

  • Someone messaging you for the first time
  • You starting a conversation with someone new
  • Being added to a new group

Use the Activity Heatmap to schedule important outreach during hours when your recipients are most active. Check the incoming heatmap to see when people typically message you.
