The Analytics page includes visual charts to help you identify patterns and trends in your Telegram activity.
Message Volume Chart
Section titled “Message Volume Chart”A line or bar chart showing message counts over the selected time range.
What It Shows
Section titled “What It Shows”- Incoming messages: Messages you received (one color)
- Outgoing messages: Messages you sent (another color)
- Time axis: Days within your selected range
How to Use It
Section titled “How to Use It”- Spot peak days: Identify when communication volume spikes
- Track trends: See if volume is increasing or decreasing over time
- Compare in/out: Understand the balance between receiving and sending
Activity Heatmap
Section titled “Activity Heatmap”A grid showing activity levels by day of the week and hour of the day.
Reading the Heatmap
Section titled “Reading the Heatmap”- Rows: Days (Monday through Sunday)
- Columns: Hours (0-23)
- Color intensity: Darker = more activity
Incoming vs Outgoing
Section titled “Incoming vs Outgoing”Toggle between:
- Incoming heatmap: When you receive the most messages
- Outgoing heatmap: When you send the most messages
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”- Staffing decisions: Ensure coverage during high-activity hours
- Schedule optimization: Plan focused work during low-activity times
- Team coordination: Align team availability with peak demand
Chat Distribution
Section titled “Chat Distribution”Shows the breakdown of your active communications by chat type.

Message Breakdown
Section titled “Message Breakdown”Shows how many messages fall into each content type:

This helps you understand what kind of content flows through your Telegram communications.
Growth Metrics
Section titled “Growth Metrics”New Chats
Section titled “New Chats”Tracks new conversations started over time:

What Counts as New
Section titled “What Counts as New”A chat is “new” when it first has activity. This includes:
- Someone messaging you for the first time
- You starting a conversation with someone new
- Being added to a new group
Top Chats
Section titled “Top Chats”A list of your most active conversations with individual metrics:
