The Telegram analytics page provides metrics on your Telegram communication patterns. This guide explains how to filter data and interpret the key metrics for Telegram team management.

Customize the displayed Telegram performance analytics data using these filters:

  • Private: One-on-one conversations

  • Channel: Broadcast communications

Separate incoming and outgoing to understand Telegram team productivity:

  • Response volume (incoming)
