How to Use Filters
Section titled “How to Use Filters”Users can customize the displayed data using the following filters:
| Filter Type | Options | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Time Range | 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, All Time | Define the period for which all metrics are calculated. The Default Time Range is 30 days. |
| Message Flow | Incoming, Outgoing, All Messages | Specify whether to include only messages you received, only messages you sent, or both. |
| Chat Type | All, Private, Group, Channels | Focus the data on specific types of communication (e.g., compare performance in private chats vs. groups). |
Key Metrics Definitions
Section titled “Key Metrics Definitions”These metrics provide a snapshot of overall activity:
- Total Messages: The sum of all incoming and outgoing messages during the selected time period.
- Incoming Messages: The total number of messages received.
- Outgoing Messages: The total number of messages sent.
- Active Chats: The total number of unique conversations (Private Chats, Groups, Channels) that had activity in the selected time range.
- Text Messages: The count of messages that contain plain text content.
- Count of messages sent / received: Tracks multimedia messages.
- Count of reactions / emojis were sent / received: Measures engagement through expressive content.
- Count of messages were deleted: Tracks message retraction activity.
