The ability to efficiently filter and sort your messages is crucial for targeted outreach and management.

The platform provides multiple sophisticated ways to filter the Messages table to segment your audience and quickly find specific chats.

FilterDescription
Telegram FoldersUsers can pull folders from their Telegram account and filter chats based on the folder. Users can also add chats to the folders directly from this page.
Custom ColumnsFilter based on values in user-created columns (Multi-Select labels, Checkbox status, or Text values).
Filter by Telegram AccountSince a logged-in user can connect multiple Telegram accounts simultaneously, they can filter the table based on the connected account the chat belongs to.
Chat TypeFilter by the communication format: private chat, group chat, or channel.
Pagination LimitUsers can select up to 200 chats per page (this is the max pagination number).

Smart Strategy: Combine filters (e.g., filter by a specific label AND a Telegram Folder) to target your audience intelligently based on status or last activity.

The Messages table allows users to dynamically sort and manage column visibility.

Sort your chats using the following criteria to prioritize your attention:

  • Chat name
  • Last message received
  • Unread count
  • Chat type
  • Last message from
  • Members count
  • Phone number

Users have full control over the displayed table information, including the ability to toggle visibility for:

  • Custom columns
  • Links
  • Phone numbers
  • Members count

Hiding non-essential columns allows you to focus only on the data points relevant to your current workflow, significantly improving efficiency when performing mass actions.
