Data you can Download
Section titled “Data you can Download”We allow 1 export per day for each user for each of the below options (4 options)
- Chat Names (includes your telegram chats, including labels and other metadata from the “Messages” page)
- Contacts (includes data from your Contacts page)
- Tickets (includes data related to your tickets)
- All your data (includes all the above data under 1 CSV)
Delete your Data
Section titled “Delete your Data”Data deletion is a non reversable action. We respect privacy. Account Deletion function is combined with Data Deletion and it includes the deletion of ALL your data. If you want to start over, you can select “Account Deletion” and reconnect your telegram account.
How to Delete your
Section titled “How to Delete your”- You can request to “Delete” your data.
- Click “Delete Account”
- If you click “Delete Account”, you will delete your account and all stored data.
- This action is non reversable.
- Please ensure that you export your data first.
Your data, your rules!
Section titled “Your data, your rules!”Entergram lets you download, export, and permanently delete all data we store about your account. For privacy, security, and cost reasons, we never store or have access to your Telegram messages. The only data saved in our database (all of which you can delete at any time) includes:
- Chats: Chat names, members, and metadata (e.g., member counts, Telegram usernames).
- Chat Labels: Labels and columns you create within Entergram.
- Tickets: Support or task tickets you create.
- Contacts: A list of your Telegram contacts who are connected with you (e.g., via mutual group chats).
