This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued for paid Entergram subscriptions. All payments and subscription management are handled through our trusted payment processor, Stripe.
To successfully process a refund, we must be able to verify your subscription against your account data.
Do not click to delete your account if you are seeking a refund.
Consequence of Deletion: If a user deletes their account, all associated data, including the email linked to the subscription, is immediately purged. This makes it impossible for us to cross-verify the payment record (managed by Stripe) with a live user account, and therefore no refund can be processed.
Action Required: If you wish to request a refund, please contact our support team first. Do not delete your account.
Refunds are calculated on a partial basis, proportionate to the unused portion of your subscription term, based on the date the refund request is received.
Entergram periodically issues coupons and discounts which may affect the final amount paid for a subscription. However, the eligibility and calculation of the refund amount (as per the 30-day rule and partial usage calculation) are applied to the net purchase price.
