The Messages Page is the core workspace for managing and interacting with your Telegram chats. It displays your chat data in a powerful, customizable table format designed for efficient bulk management.
🗄️ Messages Table View
Section titled “🗄️ Messages Table View”The Messages page is presented as a dynamic table designed for maximum flexibility and efficiency.
User Interface & Navigation
Section titled “User Interface & Navigation”- Row Selection: Users can initiate actions by selecting one or more chats via the “select” checkbox on the left side of each row.
- Side Panel View: Clicking on any row will display a side panel. This panel includes all data from the table row in a vertical, easier-to-read format, simplifying data inspection and updates.
- Column Toggling: Users can toggle to view or hide columns (including default and custom columns) to tailor the table view to their current task.
Custom Column Creation
Section titled “Custom Column Creation”Users can create Custom Columns to apply universal labels or data points across all chat rows, ensuring organization scales with your chat volume.

| Multi Select (Labels) | Create multiple labels and assign them to chats. There are no limits on label creation. Labels are assigned a random color which can be changed by the user. | Perfect for categorization (e.g., Lead Stage, Department, Interest). |
| Text | A simple text input field for storing unique, short-form data. | Useful for notes, IDs, or specific values. |
| Checkbox | A simple true/false toggle field. | Ideal for binary flags (e.g., Follow-up required, Verified). |
Note on Universality: When a custom column is created, it applies to all chat rows universally, providing a consistent structure for your data.
