Your Tickets, Your Control!
Abschnitt betitelt „Your Tickets, Your Control!“Entergram allows you to create, track, and manage support or task tickets. The data stored includes:
- Ticket ID and title.
- Linked chats and creator information.
- Status, priority, and creation date.
- Descriptions, attachments, and comments.
- Select and Multi-Select items.
How to Create a New Ticket
Abschnitt betitelt „How to Create a New Ticket“- Through the Tickets Page, or the Chat Details sidepannel, you can click “Create Ticket”
- Enter a title for your ticket.
- Link relevant chats (e.g., Adam D).
- Set the status (default is Pending) and priority (default is Low).
- Add a description and optional attachments.
- Click “Create Ticket” to submit.
View Ticket Details
Abschnitt betitelt „View Ticket Details“View ticket details in a Table View or by clicking the specific ticket to open its sidepannel.
- View ticket ID (e.g., #VHA229).
- Check linked chats, creator of the ticket, and time ofcreation date (e.g., 15/08/2025, 11:26:19).
- Update status from table or sidepannel view (Pending, In Progress, Blocked, Completed) and priority.
- Add comments or attachments as needed.
