We only collect the following personal data when you log in using your Telegram account:
- Phone number
- Telegram username
We do not collect IP addresses or any unnecessary personal data.
We do not store or read messages. We use the official Telegram TDLIB library and we do not store any user messages.
2. Login Process
To access our platform, users must log in via Telegram by scanning a QR code. We do not support email-based login methods.
3. Data Deletion
Users have the ability to delete their data by using the Delete Data button available in the Settings of the CRM.
4. Data Retention
We do not retain data after it was deleted.
5. Data Deletion Process
Once a request is submitted through the Delete Data button, we ensure that all related data is permanently deleted from our system.
6. Data Retention Upon Logout
If a user logs out without submitting a data deletion request, their data will remain stored in our system until they delete it or request its deletion.
7. Alternative Data Deletion Request
If the Delete Data button does not function, users can request deletion of their data by contacting us via email at hello@entergram.com.
